Millie and Hollie Gunn with their family and St Barnabas nurses.
Shoreham sisters, Millie and Hollie Gunn, aged 10 and 8, organised a Dress Up Day at their school to raise funds for St Barnabas House where their Dad, Trevor, is a patient.
The girls spoke to their headteacher at Swiss Gardens Primary School in Shoreham and asked if they could do some fundraising for the hospice. As a result, their fellow pupils were allowed to dress up in yellow and green (the St Barnabas colours) or as doctors and nurses for a day in exchange for a donation. Even the teachers entered into the spirit and dressed up too!
Their Dress Up Day raised a tremendous £500 for St Barnabas and we would like to say a huge thank you to Millie and Hollie - and all their schoolfriends and teachers of course - for all their hard work and generosity.
