Thank you so much to everyone who supported our first ever Wear a Santa Suit Day!
We were thrilled to see so many people donning their festive red suits and helping to raise vital funds for their local hospice.
Taking part were:
Supporter Sally Peacock spent the entire day dressed as Santa, turning heads about town as she did her shopping, popped to the opticians and even taking part in a fitness class! Sally has very kindly written a diary of her day, which you can read by clicking here.
Mayor of Worthing, Councillor Ann Barlow, joined fundraisers in Worthing Town Centre, where a whole bunch of Santas were wishing shoppers a very merry Christmas.
Jonny Stewart led a Zumba session outside the Guidlbourne Centre, with a number of Santas taking part, and there was festive music from the Sussex Gruffs, Jonathan Nulty and Sophie Sheppard-Ede.
A big thank you to the cast of Peter Pan, which is showing at the Pavilion Theatre, for coming out to show their support for the day.
Thank you also to Richard Reynolds and Anna B from Splash FM for showing their support and getting Santa suited and booted to help promote the special day.
