We are so grateful for the unstinting support we receive from our local community. Whether it is through donations, fundraising, supporting our shops, leaving a legacy, playing our lottery or participating in one of our events, every little helps.
Without this love and support, we would not be able to keep our doors open and continue helping our patients at a time in their lives when they need us most.

Thank you to the wonderful Littlehampton WI, who raised a fantastic £300 by holding their meetings in their pyjamas! The money will go towards the Building a Dream appeal, and the ladies are rewarded with a paving stone in the Walk of Life.
A huge thank you to Ray and Sam Strotten from Findon, who held the ninth annual Strotfest and raised a staggering £1,600. Over 300 friends and family packed out the Strotten's garden for a night of rock in aid of St Barnabas House - thank you so much to eveyone involved.

Thank you to Kevin Underwood and Sue Cooper, who raised an amazing £1,211.79 during their sponsored walk of the Cotswold Way in Gloucestershire. Kevin and Sue completed the 102 mile trail during their holiday in June - well done guys!
A huge thank you to Findon Cricket Club, who held a charity Cricket Match against an Ex-England XI, whose players included Martin Bicknell, Joey Benjamin and Alan Wells. All proceeds from the raffle on the day went to St Barnabas House, raising over £600!
We would like to say a big thank you to all the wonderful staff at Cap Gemini, Worthing for raising an amazing £1,000! The team held a variety of fundraising activities including; cake sales; tomato, aubergine and chilli plant sales; home made jam sales; a Grand National sweepstake; a World Cup sweepstake; and an office furniture sale. They have supported our Walk of Life appeal and chosen a Lifestone to be laid in our new pathway to our fabulous new building. A huge thank you to Suzanne Wheeler who has coordinated all of the fundraising. Well Done!

Thank you to the Northbrook College Skills for Life Students, who raised £106.49 by growing vegetables from seeds and potting up plants to make lovely floral displays to sell at their plant sale. A colleague kindly made delicious cup cakes, which helped boost the sales.

Thank you so much to the May family for holding another fantastic hog roast and garden party at their home in Lancing in June. They raised an incredible £4,500 and would like to thank all their friends, family and Legal & General for their support in making it happen.
Thank you to students at Thomas a Beckett Middle School, who raised an amazing £869.79 by holding a Go Green Day. Students wore Green and paid a £1 for the privilege. They also took part in Green lessons on themes like recycling. Well done!

Rotarians from Rotary Club of West Worthing were given a tour of the new hospice in recognition of their generous donation to support the rebuild. The club kindly donated £1,000 towards a large 'Lifestone' brick in our Walk of Life at the new hospice. They have then very generously made a further £200 donation towards the rebuild.
Mrs Woodward has been knitting baby's booties for our shops to sell until she reached her 1000th pair which she has now managed to do. Thank you Mrs Woodward you have done a fabulous job.
A big thank you to The Hustlers who reformed after 40 years and held their first new gig at the John Selden in Worthing. In the process they raised an amazing £567.34.
Ben Curtis (aged 10) had his head shaved for St Barnabas House and raised a fantastic £173.50 after growing it for 18 months. Thank you Ben.
