Remember your loved ones and support your local hospice as you watch the sunset across Snowdonia National Park
Explore and summit the highest mountain in England and Wales and witness the beautiful sunset across Snowdonia whilst raising vital funds for St Barnabas House your local adults’ hospice.
Trekking Mount Snowdon (1,085m) during the daytime forms a great adventure, but trekking to its summit for sunset and descending in the dark brings another exciting element and challenge to this famous trek.
We will begin our challenge by meeting the team at St Barnabas House for our transfer to Llanberis, North Wales. We will have lunch and briefing before starting our 5-7 hour ascent along Llanberis Path.
We aim to summit as the sun sets and witness the amazing views across Snowdonia National Park. We then descend through the night using head torches to light our way.
We aim to finish the trek around midnight and celebrate with breakfast and a glass of bubbly, before travelling through the night back to Worthing on Sunday.
Places are limited – click here to register your place today
Registration is just £49 per person. You will receive return coach transfers from St Barnabas House to Llanberis, Snowdon Sunset Trek t-shirt, pre-trek training walk, lunch, mountain leaders and route guides, refreshments en route, a souvenir medal, breakfast bap and a glass of bubbly on completion of the challenge.
We ask that you raise a minimum sponsorship of £495 which goes towards the costs of the trip and funding the specialist palliative care we provide both at the hospice and in the comfort of patients’ own homes across West Sussex.
We can give you lots of support to help you to raise the sponsorship and you don’t need to have all the money in before the trek, you can continue to raise sponsorship afterwards and tell all your friends and family about the amazing challenge you’ve completed.
