The BM10k 2022 returns to its spring slot on Sunday 10 April 2022. Be a 10k Champion as part of the UK’s second biggest running event and make a difference for local hospice care with every step.
Whether you’re a running rookie or distance dynamo, you can be a BM10k Champion with Team St Barnabas in the UK’s second largest running event on Sunday 10 April 2022.
From the start line buzz in picturesque Preston Park to the finish line ecstasy along Brighton’s stunning seafront, the BM10k 2022 will carry you through the vibrant city streets and past the historic Royal Pavilion and Brighton Pier for a run you’ll never forget.
Whether you’re looking to finish your first 10k, are pushing for a personal best, or just love the thrill of live runs, the BM10k 2022 atmosphere will keep you moving the whole way round.
Whatever your reason, your support means local families who know they don’t have long together have the chance to live life to the full and say goodbye in the way that is right for them.

With an stunning seaside backdrop, Brighton is home to one of the best 10ks in the UK – note that this is the 2020 route map.
From Preston Park you’ll run round The Level before hitting the seafront via the beautiful Pavilion. Then it’s out past the iconic i360, before a nice flat run to the finish line on Madeira Drive.
Along with the Running info hub, Team St Barnabas run group, Strava club, and Training Runs above, you’ll also get:
£15 – Buys art supplies, giving patients the chance to express themselves creatively.
£25 – Means a patient can receive a vital blood transfusion at the hospice rather than having to visit hospital.
£50 – Pays for a session with the Family Services Team, giving patients and families time to talk.
£100 – Your donation could give someone the chance to spend the day at the hospice, taking part in activities and enjoying peer support from people in a similar situation.
£150 – Provides a day of care for someone at home, giving loved ones the chance to take a much-needed break
