An exciting and unique opportunity to run the hills, forest and farm tracks of the South Downs at night! With three different routes, it's perfect for beginners as well as seasoned trail runners!

your amazing donations make up the majority of our income, so we really couldn’t continue to provide hospice care for local people without you. Find out what your donation could be used for and how you’re making a real impact. 

We know it’s tough for so many people at the moment with the rising cost of energy, fuel and food so fundraising might feel hard. We’ve here to lend a hand and have lots of top tips for you on our fundraising hub. For every £1 you raise an amazing 68p of it goes directly to the essential support and care we provide for local people with life-limiting illnesses.

Why join our team?

Steve opens up about his late wife, Linda - or Lin to her friends - and her time spent with the hospice after her cancer diagnosis, and what the hospice means to him:

"If you’re fortunate in life, you will meet that one person who is as much a part of you as your own body and soul. For me, that person was Linda... If I can sum up St Barnabas in one word, it would be ‘comforting’. Compared to hospitals which are busy and methodical, I couldn’t believe how tranquil the hospice felt. The staff were never rushed, and Lin loved the beautiful gardens and homecooked food."
