Fit Feb

This February, challenge yourself to move a mile a day, your way. Fit Feb is your chance to kick-start 2020 in a positive way whilst raising much needed funds for your local hospice.

A mile a day, your way

Whether you run, walk, swim or choose your favourite fitness activity, you pick the time, the place and set your own pace. All you need to do is sign up, complete a mile each day throughout February and send over your evidence once your 29 miles is complete.

By raising sponsorship, every step, splash or stride you take will go towards ensuring local people are supported and cared for throughout their journey with a terminal illness.

  • Raise £35 and you could provide a patient with an hour’s physiotherapy treatment.
  • Raise £100 and your donation could provide 10 patients with a nutritious meal each, freshly prepared according to their dietary requirements.
  • Raise £250 and you could fund a social evening for bereaved family and friends. Helping them to come together with others who have also experienced the loss of a loved one.

How can I track my distance?

If you have a phone app such as Strava or a fitness tracker like Fitbit, then it’s easy to keep a log of your exercise. No smart phone? Don’t worry, just download this Fit Feb calendar, print it out and tick it off each day.

However you chose to record your Fit Feb, submit your evidence using this form at the end of the 29 miles and we will send you a personalised certificate and a Fit Feb medal!
