There’s so many ways you can get involved and support St Barnabas House.

Hospice Care Week

Hospice Care Week (7-13 October) is an annual week of activity to raise awareness of hospice care across the UK. The theme this year is ‘This is what it takes’.

Hospice Care Week (7 - 13 October)

The theme this year is ‘This is what it takes’ and we have joined up with hospices across the country for a week of celebration and action.

You can expect a unique look behind the scenes of what it takes to provide hospice care here at St Barnabas House – a chance to celebrate all the staff and volunteers who support our vital and visible clinical work, and to say a massive thank you to the local community whose generosity makes it all possible.

We’re inviting anyone who is interested in becoming a volunteer Community Companion to drop in to an informal volunteer recruitment open morning at the hospice on Titnore Lane, Worthing, between 10am and 12pm on Wednesday 9 October. Find out more.
