Are you ready to be brave?

Open to anyone aged 14 or over; no previous experience is needed, just a sense of adventure and a head for heights.

All equipment will be provided and the trained staff will make sure you have a fantastic experience and are kept safe every step of the way.

Your hospice needs you!

Your £25 registration fee covers the cost of putting on the event only. To help reach everyone who needs hospice care we ask all those taking part to raise £285, which is the equivalent to one hour of hospice care at St Barnabas Hospice.

The abseil was great and I'm so pleased to have raised £915 for the hospice, which looked after my mum and family so well in her final few days of life.
