Pedalling from the most northern point of Wales down to the vibrant capital of Cardiff, we’ll experience diverse beautiful landscapes of majestic woodlands; rural lanes and distinct mountain ranges from start to finish.

Make a difference with every pedal!

Your support means people can make regular day visits to the hospice for social activities, physiotherapy, exercise classes, spiritual support or counselling. At St Barnabas patients can make short stays to help manage complex physical symptoms, returning home more comfortable and relaxed.

could mean a family in crisis receive a visit from a nurse during the night, reducing the chance of an unnecessary hospital admission

£100

provide an exercise class for a group of patients, helping them to stay active and meet other people going through similar experiences

£150

is enough to give a patient a whole day of hospice care at home, surrounded by home comforts and the people they love

Day 1: Anglesey to Bala

Cycle approx. 85 miles, total ascent 8,351 ft.

Day 2: Bala to Brecon

Cycle approx. 106 miles, total ascent 12,387 ft

Day 3: Brecon to Cardiff

Cycle approx. 60 miles, total ascent 6,060 ft

Day 4: Depart Cardiff

  • • All transfers• Three nights’ accommodation• All meals from lunch on Day 1 through to breakfast on Day 4
