Fundraising materials

Need some help with your fundraising? We’ve got plenty of tools and resources that you can use to help you smash your targets!

Take a look at the downloads section, where you’ll find things like sponsor forms, a guide to fundraising and an A-Z of fundraising ideas for businesses, groups, teams and individuals.

The Fundraising Team can also lend you branded equipment too:

  • Plastic and paper banners
  • Pop-up banners
  • Cardboard money boxes
  • Collecting tins and buckets
  • Contactless card devices for taking card donations up to the value of £30 – perfect for those who never have cash!
  • Gazebo
  • T-shirts and running vests
  • Tombola drums
  • Balloons
  • Stickers

Planning a big event? We may be able to organise some volunteers for you to help lighten the load! You can also request to have a St Barnabas House representative at your event to say a few words about the hospice.

Give us plenty of notice and we can provide you with everything you need to make your fundraising a success.

Create your own materials

Our brand is really important to us, so please ask permission to use the St Barnabas House logo or photos of the hospice on homemade materials. Contact the Fundraising Team today.

If you are a business seeking use of our branding as part of a promotion or would like to work with the hospice in any way, please contact us.

More information about use of content published on the St Barnabas House website can be found in our website terms and conditions.

Need our help to create something?

Get in touch in advance if you think you might need a hand creating posters, invitations, social media graphics or tickets.

Remember to tag St Barnabas House on social media and we’ll do our best to spread the word. We can also help promote your event on our website or provide quotes if you want to send a press release to the local papers.

Want to contact local media?

We send out stories about the hospice and fundraising activities to the local media on a regular basis, but you can also do this yourself.

In the downloads section, there’s a short guide about how to get media coverage for your fundraising activity or event, including some tips for writing a press release and alerting journalists to your story.

Ask for help

We’re here to help every step of the way, so please don’t hesitate to contact the Fundraising Team.
