Clinical Nurse Manager – Community Services

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
Salary: £44,370 - £52,020 depending on depth and variety of experience
Closing date: Sunday 21 July

St Barnabas House provides specialist palliative care to adults in the Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield areas through a range of services, including in-patient care, day hospice and community care.

We are looking for an autonomous, confident and experienced clinical leader with highly developed analytical and clinical change management skills

This new role involves:

  • Leading and managing a team of experienced nurses through change
  • Utilise creative and innovative approaches within a risk framework
  • Setting up systems and processes to improve patient and service pathways
  • Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide accurate service status information and manage priorities and demand
  • Proactively lead quality assurance activities within the team
