Clinical Team Leader – In-Patient Unit – Nights

37.5 hours p.w.

Salary

£32,620 – £40,310 depending on depth and variety of experience

About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to work as a Team Leader on our In-Patient Unit supporting the delivery of care primarily working nights.

Working as part of the Senior Nurse Team, you will be an experienced Registered Nurse, with at least four years’ post registration experience. Knowledge in the delivery of compassionate end of life nursing and being committed to maintain high standards of individualised care is essential. This is an excellent development opportunity for someone looking to step into a nurse leadership role and grow with a diverse organisation.

This new role involves:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work across the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Being an organised self-motivated individual with strong clinical and leadership skills
  • Experience of leading
  • Able to work flexibly and manage difficult situations

You will need to have ENB 285 or a diploma in palliative care, or have at least 2 years’ experience in palliative care/oncology setting as a Staff Nurse.
