Hours: 22.5 hours – Fixed Term Contract – 6 months
Salary: £18,294 - £22,170 p.a depending on depth and variety of experience in a similar role (F.T.E. £30,490 - £36,950)

St Barnabas House provides specialist palliative care to adults in the Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield areas through a range of services, including in-patient care, day hospice and community care.

We are looking for an experienced counsellor who will assess newly referred clients and provide counselling support to patients, family members and bereaved.

You will be seeing clients at the hospice, on the ward and in their homes and will also be contributing to the group support offered to bereaved clients.

Working as part of a vibrant multi-professional team, the majority of your clients will have been recently bereaved.
