About the role

This is an exciting time to join us at St Barnabas House and Chestnut Tree House Hospices as we grow our Quality Team to work alongside our fantastic progressive and dynamic multidisciplinary team delivering outstanding palliative and end of life care to our communities.

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, open minded and enthusiastic senior clinician to be responsible for developing and delivering the organisations quality and clinical governance agenda, to ensure   we are continuously improving the quality of our services and safeguarding high standards of care by creating an environment in which excellence in clinical care will flourish.

About you:

You are a passionate and dynamic individual driven to get care right every time. You excel at promoting and delivering quality improvements and clinical innovation across organisations and are confident to deputise for the Director when needed.

You are a vibrant, visible, and credible leader, with a clear passion and commitment for our work. You will be a key part of a dynamic team that ensures our hospices are recognised as leading providers of high-quality palliative and end of life care.

You have experience of working as a senior clinical manager with a strong background in a clinical governance related role

We offer specialist palliative care through two incredible hospices: St Barnabas House adult hospice in Worthing and Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice near Arundel in Sussex.
