Closing date: 3 June 2022

About the role

The in-patient unit operates up to 20 beds and is supported by a highly skilled and committed team of nurses, doctors and therapists.

We are proud of our inheritance as a lead provider of expert hospice care to patients and their loved ones. In turn, we value highly the position we hold in our local community and benefit greatly from the support we receive. Above all, we pride ourselves in the fact that our services operate in collaboration with other health and social care providers, with the patient at the heart of everything that we do.

Our in-patient unit operates as an integrated part of our wider community services and is a busy, vibrant environment. We are now seeking to recruit a skilled and experienced clinical professional to lead the management of the in-patient unit and the team of expert staff as we deliver specialist and advanced palliative care. In turn, as a senior clinician they will be able to lead by example and promote the highest level of clinical excellence.

We believe that our in-patient unit is special and if you possess the requisite skills and share our desire to build upon and further improve our service to local people we would very much like to hear from you.
