Marketing Assistant

Hours: 22.5 per week
Salary: £11,328 - £11,910 p.a. depending on depth and variety of experience in a similar role (F.T.E. £18,880 - £19,850)

St Barnabas Hospices offers specialist palliative care through two hospices: St Barnabas House adult hospice in Worthing and Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice near Arundel in Sussex.

We have a great opportunity for you to become part of the marketing team at Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice and St Barnabas House adults’ hospice.

Responsible to the Marketing Manager, you will be required to organise the production and printing of marketing materials for both hospices, including some in-house design projects, along with providing support for the organisation’s communications and marketing activities.

Experience in print and production is essential, together with good proofreading skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.

You must have excellent communication and admin skills and be able to work with lots of different people and teams on a daily basis. You should have a ‘can-do’ approach, enjoy working on multiple projects and be a pro-active team player.

A driving licence and access to a car is essential for this post.

An enhanced DBS will be sought, if you are successful in this role.
