Quality Team Administrator

Hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday -Friday (part time hours considered)

Salary

FTE £23,570.00-25,360.00  depending on experience and qualifications

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Quality Team. We are seeking an experienced administrator to work as part of our Quality Team.

You’ll provide administrative and secretarial support for a range of activities, including: arranging meetings, taking accurate minutes, preparing and formatting documents, filing, managing e-mails and correspondence and data entry. You will work with clinical and non-clinical staff to support embedding a dynamic quality governance and patient safety culture.

The successful candidate will have relevant practical experience in a support role in a busy office. Due to the nature of this position candidates will have experience of working within a confidential environment, be able to always exercise tact and diplomacy and have a professional manner in order to deal with a wide range of enquiries.

This role involves:

  • using a wide range of administrative/secretarial skills utilising Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and software packages
  • good typing and IT skills
  • the ability to work on your own initiative
  • minute taking skills
  • establishing and maintaining existing or planned departmental databases and filing systems
