Registered Nurse – Shift Leader (In-Patient Unit)

37.5 hours per week (part time also considered)

Salary

£31,670 – £36,150 p.a. (depending on depth and variety of experience in a similar role)

About the role

Are you a highly motivated and dynamic registered nurse looking to utilise or develop your leadership skills?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with high standards of patient care and professionalism to join our inpatient nursing team. The main purpose of this role is to lead and oversee nursing shifts to ensure that our patients and relatives receive the best care possible, and that our staff are well supported.

The successful candidate will have excellent clinical, problem solving and communication skills, act as a positive and proactive role model and work as part of the nursing shift team, whilst taking responsibility for the ward as the shift leader in this exciting new role.
