Retail Shop Manager – Worthing

Hours

37.5 hours per week (5 days out of 7, Monday-Sunday, Inc Bank Holidays)

Starting salary 

£19,640 pa plus performance related bonuses

About the role

Responsibilities include: 

  • Delivering excellent customer service; managing a team of staff and volunteers; stock control; visual merchandising; liaison with the Distribution Centre for stock.
  • Co-ordinating the wedding boutique appointments and provide sensitive assistance for customers to make their purchase.
  • Actively promoting the wedding offer at external events and partnerships.
  • Use the EPOS system; daily cash handling and banking; ensuring the staff, volunteers, the shop and the site are safe and secure.

Experience in retail, sales or a similar fast-moving customer orientated environment is vital. Experience of working within the wedding retail environment is highly desirable.
