Get involved

There’s so many ways you can get involved and support St Barnabas House.

Patients

Adults at Risk

We at St Barnabas House are committed to providing the highest quality of hospice care to our patients and their carers. An essential element of this commitment is to ensure that patients or carers at risk of abuse are protected from harm, wherever this might occur.

Adults at Risk

If you have any concerns that you, or someone you care for, is at risk of abuse by another person, we encourage you to report this to someone you trust, whether this be a member of the hospice team who looks after you, your GP, nurse or someone else.

The hospice works closely with West Sussex County Council, which has publications on its website explaining what constitutes abuse, what to do if you have concerns that abuse is taking place and how you will be supported if you raise a concern.

For more information visit the West Sussex County Council website.
