As part of our hospice care for the terminally ill, we have a team of physiotherapists who can help patients overcome their limitations in order to improve their quality of life.
• 1:1 assessment and treatment
• Mobility assessment and treatment
• Breathlessness clinic
• Exercise classes
Physiotherapy can also help patients to manage and cope with difficult symptoms such as breathlessness and anxiety.
Our physiotherapists provide rehabilitation for patients on the In-Patient Unit and in the Day Hospice.
We also provide outpatient services in our physiotherapy gym or treatment in the patients’ own home as part of our Hospice at Home service.
