For the majority of our roles, you’ll need to be 18 or older. But there’s still plenty of ways 16s and over can get involved! Have a look below at some great ideas to get involved:

Aged 16-18?

Approved Activity Providers (AAPs) are organisations whose opportunities have been approved by the DofE as meeting sectional conditions and can count towards the achievement of a DofE Award.

Be part of a team, learn new skills and find a creative outlet in our shops. There are many roles that choose from: customer service, shop display, sorting and prepping stock, administration and more.

Aged 15 and under?

There are lots of ways you can support your local hospice and fundraise for us at the same time. We can help you plan a fundraising activity and provide you with promotional materials such as posters and t-shirts.

Easy ways to fundraise

Fundraise with your school

We don't currently offer any volunteer roles for under 16s. However, you can still get involved helping the hospice. Why not involve your school mates and teachers as well by organising a sponsored sports day, cake sale or quiz night.
