Our Bereavement Cafe

St Barnabas House Chaplain Sarah Bell and volunteers welcome you to a safe space where those navigating the complex world of bereavement can come together to connect, share and talk over a coffee.

We recognise that grief touches us all uniquely. In these meetings, you’ll have space to share stories and forge friendships, helping each other to find comfort and hope.

• Open to anyone at any point of their bereavement journey
• Group takes place in Rustington
• Drop-in as regularly as you like
• No booking required, you can just turn up on the day. We look forward to seeing you there.

Community Grief Cafe

This group is hosted by Ness and Charlie, whose partners were cared for by St Barnabas. It is open to anyone in the community who has experienced a bereavement. This is a very supportive space and a lovely way to connect with others who understand.
