About the course

This session will allow us to review the symptoms and complexities of managing ‘Palliative Care Emergencies’. By the end of the session you will have an awareness of palliative care emergencies including but not exclusively :

Neutropenic Sepsis
Metastatic Spinal Cord Compression
Hypercalcaemia
Super vena cava Obstruction

Who should attend?

Nurses and Nursing Associates, Social Care Practitioners, medical staff, and those who specialise in Oncology, Haematology, Elderly Care and Acute Medicine specialty
