Non-care complaints

Make a complaint, raise a concern or provide feedback about fundraising, volunteering, shops, lottery or anything else.

We promise to listen carefully, find out what went wrong and do everything we can to resolve the issue, all complaints are recorded, reviewed and a summary report is prepared for the CEO and our Trustees. We’ll always aim to contact you within two working days of you getting in touch.

The form guides you though the information that will be most useful for us to know, and also leaves room for your own comments. Once you’ve submitted your form a senior member of staff will get back to you.
