Living Well hub at the hospice

Living Well Service

We’re here to support you to manage the challenges and lifestyle changes that may come with having a life-limiting condition.

Please note: Currently due to COVID-19 restrictions some groups are online. Some small groups have started to meet at the hospice, but spaces are limited.

How can the service help me?

Our Living Well service has been put together to help improve the quality of your life. We’ll work with you to make choices, together addressing your individual worries and concerns and developing ways to best cope with these. This may be in a group setting or one on one with a member of our skilled team.

How do I access the service?

If you think any of these could be of any help to you, or if you’d like to learn more about the service, please speak to one of the St Barnabas House team who will be more than happy to help.

Following assessment you may be invited to receive support via telephone, video consultation or to attend for face to face treatment at our Living Well Service at the hospice where we will be following infection control guidelines.
