How a Tree of Love works

Use your existing tree

Set up your tree in reception, a staff room, or a central space where people can see and visit it.

Add your hearts

Invite colleagues, customers, or visitors to write a message on heart decorations and hang them on the tree. Messages could include festive wishes, heartfelt memories or the names of loved ones.

Donate

Encourage a donation for every heart added (we suggest aiming for £100+ total fundraising).

Making your fundraising a success

We ask participants to aim to raise at least £100. We understand this may feel daunting – but you won't be doing it alone.

When you register we'll send you a free Tree of Love pack with heart decorations and all the ideas and resources you'll need to make fundraising easy, stress-free and fun! Plus, our friendly fundraising team is on hand to offer support if you need it.

Every pound you raise will help us keep providing vital hospice care in the community.

Combine your Tree of Love with a Show Your Love Day!

Host a Show Your Love Day alongside your Tree of Love, and double your festive impact.

Pick any date in December to run an activity of your choice. You could choose a festive bake sale, Christmas jumper day, or host a raffle around your tree.
