Dedicate your leaf

We are proud to introduce our Memory Tree, created as a lasting, beautiful tribute to the people who hold a special place in our hearts. Honour the memory of your loved one by dedicating a beautiful leaf engraved with a message of your choosing.

Your leaf will be placed on our Memory Tree at the hospice for a year, where it will be part of a collective tribute within the hospice grounds which you can visit any time.  

By dedicating a beautifully engraved leaf, you are creating a permanent way to honour their memory while directly supporting St Barnabas House’s essential compassionate care services.

How it works

If you would like to dedicate a leaf for your loved one, you can choose between three options. We kindly ask for a minimum donation with each leaf.

🍂 Bronze Leaf – £150
✨ Silver Leaf – £300
💛 Gold Leaf – £500

Every leaf purchased will help us continue providing compassionate care and support to families when they need it most.

Our Memory Tree is located in the beautiful, leafy courtyard at the hospice, through the main reception. If you’d like to visit, you are also welcome to take some time for quiet reflection in our Chapel.

Dedicate your leaf

Fill in the form to choose your leaf colour and provide your dedication.

Introductory gift: For a limited time, all new dedications will remain on the tree for two years instead of the usual one — at no extra cost.

Additional information
  • Leaves are bronze, silver and gold, and can hold up to 50 characters including spaces 
  • The text engraved on your leaf will appear exactly as entered, so please check spelling carefully. We cannot be held responsible for any misspelling. 
  • At the end of the 12-month period you will be contacted by the hospice Supporter Care team and offered the opportunity to continue for a further 12 months. 
  • If you do not wish to renew your dedication, your leaf will be sent to you to keep. 
  • The period begins when your leaf is first displayed. 
  • St Barnabas House reserves the right to review each inscription to ensure it is suitable  
  • There are 60 leaves that can be on the Memory Tree at any one time.  
  • St Barnabas House reserves the right to refuse any application at its discretion. 
  • St Barnabas House retains complete control over the location and dates of installation on the Memory Tree.
