The aim of this session is to provide an insight into Advance Care Planning (ACP) conversations and how to apply this when using the ReSPECT form.

Cost:

For all Sussex employees in health and social care: free (fully funded by NHS Sussex)
For anyone working outside of Sussex: £50 (1/2 day)/£100 (full day) all materials provided

This session would be most appropriate for professionals working with patients with a Malignant and/or Long-Term Condition and where parallel/future planning is a component of the care you provide.
